With 7 years designing with nonprofits, such as the Environmental Sanitation Institute, and 3 years leading the design team at The Better Lab, Devika is eager to dream of our future world where health innovation is embraced, and menstruators and non-menstruators thrive.

Collaborating with BBC 100 Women, Iranian Women's Studies Foundation, harasswatch.com, and Popshot Magazine among others, Roshi is passionate about gender equality and loves to put topics such as sisterhood and mental and physical health for women at the center of her work.

Shona O’Bryant [she/her] is a designer, sexual, menstrual and mental health advocate with a background in Industrial Design and Psychology from her studies at RISD and Brown University. Shona specializes in human centered design that is meant to facilitate inter and intrapersonal connection, intimacy, and empathy.

Isabelle [she/her] is a UX designer with a background in public health and women’s & gender studies. Isabelle’s advocacy for menstruation flourished in college when she coordinated a campus-wide menstrual health education campaign. She currently works at Message Agency, a B Corp digital agency that specializes in nonprofits, education foundations, and government agencies. Isabelle is a firm believer that strong communities come from embracing vulnerable and stigmatized traits (such as menstrual and sex health) that make us human.

Simrill [she/her] is an environmental engineering student, minor in global development, and Clark Scholar in her fourth year at Georgia Tech. She has 3 years of design thinking experience Wish for WASH, work including persona research on menstrual health stigma. She additionally served as consciousness-raising advisor for RISE (Re:Imagine, Serve, Empower), a feminist leadership GT organization where she mentored a sustainable menstruation drive. Simrill seeks to apply engineering to develop resilient and equitable communities in the wake of climate change.
